We also accept insurance for anyone with out-of-network benefits. If you have out-of-network benefits, you will only have to pay your co-pay, instead of paying the full fee and waiting for reimbursement.

If you would like, you can email your insurance information, and we can verify if you have out of network benefits and how much your coinsurance would be. Email your full name, DOB, and a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and we will get back to you within three business days.
