Therapy for teens

Today’s teens are growing up in a world that moves fast and watches closely. Between school pressure, friendships, family dynamics, and the constant pull of social media, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Many teens compare themselves to everyone else’s “highlight reel,” and that comparison culture can feed anxiety, self‑doubt, and depression before they even realize what’s happening.

I offer a space where teens can slow down, feel understood, and learn practical tools to manage what’s going on inside. My work is grounded in CBT principles, helping teens understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect—and how to shift patterns that keep them stuck. We talk about real things: anxiety spirals, perfectionism, social media pressure, identity questions, and the feeling of being “behind” everyone else.
